I am blessed to have a pre-teen daughter who loves to read. Sometimes she even reads what I recommend. She keeps a Word document with all of the books she has read. To help her choose books, I gave her Nancy Pearls, Book Crush and The Ultimate Teen Book Guide to read.
This past summer, I recommended that she read Stephanie Meyers, Twighlight. She plowed through the whole series and now all she reads are vampire related fiction. I would like her to diversify her reading a bit and I thought Library Thing would help.
I am hoping to turn her onto the website so that she could catalog all her books and then browse what other pre-teens are reading (besides vampire books!)
